Design that ships & code that holds
I'm Elena de Gregorio, a UX/UI product designer, front-end developer with Angular and React and graphic designer in Madrid. I design the product, write the front-end that ships it and draw the graphics that announce it — with artificial intelligence inside the process and the judgement outside it. Open to joining a product team in 2026, and available for projects.
Scroll(01) — Introduction
Three jobs, one head. I design the product, write the front-end and make the graphics.
- Experience 20 years, three disciplines
- Based in Madrid — working remote
- Focus Product, systems and brand
- Stack Figma · XD · HTML · CSS · JS · TypeScript · Angular · React · Vite · AI · InDesign · Illustrator · Photoshop
I started in print, moved to interfaces when the web stopped being brochures, and never let go of the code. That mix is the point: I can argue a flow in the morning, fix its focus states in the afternoon, and have the campaign ready before close.

What you hire me for
See all four services ↗Four services, and I do all four myself. Each has its own page, with what is included, how it goes and the archive projects that back it up.
(04) — What I do
Hired for six things
(05) — How it goes
Five steps, always in this order
No two projects are the same, but the sequence is. Skipping a step is where budgets die.
- 01
Listen
Stakeholders, support tickets, the analytics nobody reads. I want the friction you have already paid for.
- 02
Frame
One page: the problem, who has it, and what “solved” will look like. Everything after this points back to it.
- 03
Draw
Flows first, pixels later. Cheap, ugly and fast — so the expensive decisions happen while they are still free.
- 04
Build
Real HTML in a real browser, on real data. A prototype that lies about performance is not a prototype.
- 05
Hand over
Tokens, components and a written record of why. You should not need me to keep going.
